"I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat."

– Sir Winston Churchill

While best-known for his inspirational leadership during the Second World War, Sir Winston Churchill was also a soldier, journalist, artist, orator and Nobel Prize winning author.

The mission of the Sir Winston Churchill Society of Ottawa is to commemorate Churchill's life by reflecting his values, qualities of leadership, writing and oratory, and his commitment to the lessons of history, democracy and citizenship. The Society's goal is to meet in convivial circumstances in order to ensure the relevance of his example to the generations that succeed him.
